Together Trust

We are the Together Trust. We deliver our life-changing services to thousands of people with disabilities, autism and social, emotional and mental health differences each year.  The people we support are at the heart of everything we do.

Our 40+ services include fostering, residential, short breaks, community, family support and, through our schools and college, specialist education.  We can also offer training, consultancy and support to families and carers.

We work across north west England and accept referrals from all over the UK.

Our services can be bought by local authorities, families, carers, and service users, aged over 18, or their brokers. A direct payment, individual budget, individual service fund or personal/private funds can be used to pay for services.
