Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue - Fire Break Scheme
Outcomes
Each programme will be run one day a week over a six-week period at a fire station local to the school. The programme is aimed at eight students who are aged 14 years and over.
Service description
Students who undertake this programme will work together to achieve:
- Self-esteem
- Confidence
- Leadership skills
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
Schools who offer this programme will:
- Demonstrate commitment to promoting all forms of learning and foster greater understanding of and respect for the community
Availability
- The services are available during term time and school holidays
- Responses are provided within 10 working days
