Barnardo's Lincolnshire Leaving Care Service
Working across Lincolnshire, to establish and develop a range of accessible services and support networks, for young people leaving the care system under the provisions of the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and Children Act 1989.
Through strategic partnership this service will promote the social inclusion, opportunities and life chances of young people leaving care in Lincolnshire as they move towards independence. To provided a multi-disciplinary service working strategically with other agencies to develop a comprehensive, good quality, equitable and fair service to care leavers.
