Lincoln Community Adult Network, ASD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia & ADHD. A neurodiversity group that supports people with these conditions ASD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, Dysgraphia and ADD/ADHD.

 
We are a friendly neurodiversity support group, based in Lincoln, for people on the autistic spectrum. Newcomers are warmly welcomed and membership is free.

 
CANadda holds regular coffee meetings and social events to give members the opportunity to meet and make new friends.

 

Our services include:

  • Raising awareness of different neuro conditions
  • Provide awareness training, talks and presentations
  • We offer help and support for professionals

  • Information to help with employment and further education
  • A lending library of books and information

CANadda is a Community Adult Network support group for adults with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. We try and cover the whole of Lincolnshire.

Experience

Apart from I have been running a neurodiversity support group for over seven years. I have been helping, supporting and working with people on the autistic spectrum. I have two children on the autisic spectrum and I am also on the autistic spectrum.I have for many years worked with Lincoln County Council, NHS and the Police. I have also been part of the Lincolnshire All-Age Autism Strategy 'Think Autism' since the beginning. I was a finalist in 2016 at the National Autism Professional Awards.

 

 

 

Training details

I have completed an autism awareness Diploma.I have also been helping the Lincoln County Council put intermediate autism training together.
