2sleep is a private sleep service run by Vanessa Moore - a sleep practitioner trained by NHS Solent in Southampton and the charity Scope. The service aims to provide practical help to support families who have a child with sleep issues and professionals working with families either through workshops and seminars or through one to one support. In particular 2sleep provide advice and support for families dealing with sleep issues in children with additional needs. In most cases there are simple strategies that can be put in place to help overcome sleep problems and make significant improvements and as a practitioner who has a child with SEND Vanessa understands the impact that dealing with sleep problems can have on families.

2sleep is a private sleep service run by Vanessa Moore and Carol Prideaux - sleep practitioners trained by NHS Solent in Southampton and the charity Scope. The service aims to provide practical help to support families who have a child with sleep issues and professionals working with families by offering low cost workshops, seminars, online sessions and one to one individual support. In most cases there are simple strategies that can be put in place to help overcome sleep problems and make significant improvements and as practitioners who have children with SEND we are experienced in providing advice and support on all sleep issues that families may have.

 Individual Sleep Consultation – 60 minutes                                                                    

A 60-minute one to one consultation with a sleep practitioner hosted by telephone or video conference providing parents with the opportunity to ask individual questions about their child's sleep and receive advice on sleep strategies to tackle the sleep issues they are experiencing. Cost £40

Individual Sleep Consultation and Sleep Report

A 90 minute one to one consultation with a sleep practitioner hosted by telephone or video conference. A full history of sleep issues will be taken, and an individualised detailed sleep plan produced with specific advice on how to tackle sleep issues identified in the consultation. Cost £120

 

Full Sleep Package

A 90 minute one to one consultation with a sleep practitioner hosted by telephone or video conference. A full history of sleep issues will be taken, and an individualised detailed sleep plan produced with specific advice on how to tackle sleep issues identified in the consultation. A follow up consultation of 90 minutes to discuss sleep report findings and develop an action plan for implementing strategies suggested in the report. Four 30 minute coaching / support sessions during implementation of strategies. Cost £280

 Good Sleep Practices seminars, workshops and advice sessions

We can provide a sleep seminar, workshop or advice session at your venue for parents and carers who have sleep issues with children and / or for professionals supporting families with sleep issues. From £425 for half day seminar / workshop. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and for costs
