Company Background and Ethos:

C&C training are 2 professional women with a passion for teaching. Between us we have over 40 years experience working with babies and young children in a wide variety of settings. Having endured many dull training sessions which met neither our needs or provided us with a creative learning environment we set out on a mission: to deliver inspiring, fun first aid training to the public and professionals caring for children. We strongly believe that in order to achieve positive learning outcomes training must be engaging, thought provoking and should be delivered with knowledge and enthusiasm at the forefront.

We specialise in Paediatric First Aid:

Claire Gartland trained at Great Ormond Street as a children's nurse and is a midwife and has specialities in Renal nursing and Neonatology.

Claire Watson is a Norland Nanny and worked in many childcare settings from private homes, nurseries, additional needs settings as well as a neonatal nursery nurse.

Both ladies combine the passion they have for training with working for the NHS so remain at the forefront of critical care. They currently hold the Lincs county council Early years contract to deliver first aid to the professional childcare workforce of Lincolnshire.
