2. Feeling Suicidal

Suicidal feelings can be thoughts about taking your own life, feeling that people would be better off without you, thinking about ways to end your life or planning ways to take your own life.

You may have had these thoughts for some time or they might have come on all of a sudden. Something might have happened to make you feel your life is not worth living, or you might be experiencing bullying from others, tension in close relationships, worries about your identity/gender, stress at school or work or low self-esteem.

It is important for you to know what help is out there, and many people have similar thoughts and problems at different times in their lives.
