Children's Services and Housing Authorities are committed to working together to meet the needs of young people aged 16-25 across Lincolnshire including Looked After Children and Care Leavers.

Care leavers who are at risk of homelessness should initially contact their social worker or Leaving Care Worker to help resolve their housing issues and prevent them from becoming homeless. 

However there may be occasions where they need to contact the Youth Housing Support Service in the district council area where they are based and they will be offered support to find the most suitable accommodation to meet their needs:
