There are a range of services available if you feel you need support:

 

I've Tried Self Referrals, But I Need More Help

These services can only be accessed by talking to a Professional, i.e. GP, School, Early Help Worker, Social Worker, etc.:

Your GP might refer you to a local anger management course or counselling.

There are many private courses and therapists who help people with anger issues.  If you would like to go private then please check that the therapist you see is registered with a professional organisation, such as the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.
