Where you are able to keep yourself safe, but are having on going suicidal thoughts you can access help and support via your:

  • GP;
  • School;
  • Healthy minds

All of the above can refer to a specialist mental health service (CAMHS)

CAMHS offer a specialist service for children and young people who need ongoing support with emotional and mental health.  They offer this through assessment of your needs and then 1.1 and group work using various interventions such as:

  • Dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT);
  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT);
  • Systemic family work;
  • Psychology (Post trauma);
  • Eating disorder team
