2. Coping With Phobias 

Luckily, almost all phobias are curable.  Simple phobias require self-exposure, which is gradually exposing yourself to the phobia, for example with spiders, you can begin with looking at pictures of spiders, to being in the same room as a spider, to eventually touching a spider.  It's important to note that there's no time limit to these techniques.
